The adoption contract is available in pdf or word format.  There are several options for getting the contract to us. There is an adoption fee of $75 for mixed breed dogs or puppies, $200 minimum for purebred dogs or puppies (fee dependent on breed), and $50 for cats or kittens.  This fee helps us to recover the cost of spaying/neutering and vet bills and allows us to continue helping other unfortunate animals find their forever home.
