The Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program at First Coast No More Homeless Pets is available to all Jacksonville residents caring for feral, stray, free roaming or community cats. The cost of the surgery is $30.00 per cat and includes rabies and distemper vaccinations, ear tip (to signify that the cat has been fixed), flea and ear mite treatment.  To schedule an appointment; call the spay/neuter hotline at 904-425-0005. All cats must arrive to the clinic in a humane trap, no exceptions.
